What is the CPP film ？

CPP protective film, also known as cast polypropylene protective film, is a non stretching, non oriented polypropylene protective film. According to the raw materials, it is divided into homopolymer CPP and copolymer CPP, and according to the functional purposes, it is divided into general CPP, aluminized CPP (WMCPP), cooking CPP (RCPP), etc.

The characteristics of CPP protective film are as follows:

① CPP protective film has high transparency and good flatness

② The CPP protective film has good temperature resistance, is prone to deformation, and has a certain degree of scraping without losing flexibility. The softening point is approximately 140 degrees.

③ CPP protective film has good hand feel, shading, heat sealing ability, and is not easy to reverse stick.

④ CPP protective film has excellent moisture and moisture resistance, with certain oxygen resistance and oil resistance;

⑤ CPP protective film is non-toxic, odorless, odorless, and has good hygiene, with a density of 0.92g/cm3;

Due to the high temperature resistance that CPP protective film cannot achieve with PE substrate film, it is particularly suitable for electronic manufacturing processes such as IMD and IML

CPP protective film is mainly suitable for photoelectric film, diffusion film, light guide plate, film, prism film, especially suitable for ITO conductive protective film coating, as well as for use in electronic manufacturing processes such as IMD and IML.
